Entirely self recorded, ‘Out of the Wires’ was so named because The Boy Lucas considers the sounds he creates as being lucky to make it out of the wires in his haphazardly constructed studio. The Boy Lucas operates by recording his own live instrumentation, editing it and fitting it together to create warm, atmospheric, lo-fi pieces of aural pleasure.
