The follow up to their ‘Human Fly’ 7” this release gives further insight to the experimental pop dialectic at work in Sonovac’s music. ‘High-On-Tech’ is a circuit sizzling slice of retro-futurist electro-pop. Sibilant sister Suzy Sonovac is on vocal duties with intermittent interruptions from morono-MC Mike. On the flip is ‘Breasts, Death & Puppies a shivering, haunted minimal house track. Things warm up with the introduction of a dirty growling b-line in the version. Suzy likes puppies. Mike likes breasts.
